This project involves a historical analysis of the Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities (ICDD), the categorical trends of projects they funded in the past 40 years, and the impact that these projects had for people with developmental disabilities in Illinois. This project aims to provide recommendations that would benefit future funding considerations.
